1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bm29 ("bm29," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bm29 online gaming platform, including all related websites, mobile interfaces, software, and services accessible at bm29.cam (collectively, the "Platform").

Your use of the bm29 Platform — including browsing, registering an account, placing a bet, depositing funds, or claiming a promotion — constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or supplementary policies published by bm29 from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the bm29 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations. bm29 does not permit underage gaming under any circumstances.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. bm29 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned to the original payment source after verification, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bm29 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using bm29 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from territories where online gaming is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk. bm29 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a bm29 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.4 Disqualifying Circumstances

The following persons are not eligible to register for or use a bm29 account:

• Employees, contractors, or agents of bm29 or any of its affiliated companies, or immediate family members of such persons;
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from bm29 or any affiliated gaming platform;
• Individuals who have had a prior bm29 account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• Individuals located in jurisdictions where use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active bm29 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Players found operating multiple accounts may have all accounts suspended and all balances forfeited without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bm29 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your bm29 account while authenticated is deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify bm29 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. bm29 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bm29 is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bm29 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bm29 will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be disclosed to the player before deduction commences.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bm29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. The available methods may change from time to time and bm29 does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific payment method.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

All deposits must be made by you, the registered account holder, from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from a payment account not registered to you personally — are not accepted and will be returned less any applicable transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bm29 targets processing times of within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals and within two (2) banking hours for bank transfer requests during standard business hours, though these timeframes are not guaranteed. Withdrawal processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on bm29 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods. Exchange rates for cryptocurrency deposits are applied at the time of the transaction and are non-negotiable.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bm29 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the bm29 system. bm29 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, bets placed after an event result is known, or bets that bm29 reasonably suspects were placed in breach of these Terms.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the relevant section of the bm29 Platform. These limits may vary by sport, game type, event, or individual account. bm29 may adjust stake limits on individual accounts at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or pricing error that results in a bet being offered or settled at manifestly incorrect odds or terms, bm29 reserves the right to void any such bets and return stakes to the affected players. bm29 is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from system errors beyond its reasonable control.

5.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to more frequent changes than pre-event markets. bm29 does not guarantee odds availability during live events and reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bm29 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General conditions applicable to all bm29 promotions include:

• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and over;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods — any unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• bm29 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses claimed through abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other form of fraudulent activity will be voided in full, and the associated account may be permanently suspended.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bm29. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play in casino games;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the bm29 Platform or software;
• Engaging in chargebacks on deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bm29 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of bm29 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. Any other use of Platform content — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display — requires prior written consent from bm29.

9 Privacy & Data

bm29 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bm29 may be required by applicable Philippine law, court order, or regulatory authority to disclose player account information and transaction records. bm29 will comply with all such lawful requests.

10 Responsible Gaming

bm29 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within the account settings, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Loss limits for defined time periods;
• Session time reminders and reality check notifications;
• Temporary self-exclusion (24 hours to 30 days);
• Permanent account closure on request.

Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new bm29 accounts during their exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

11 Suspension & Termination

bm29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where bm29 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes;
• Continued account access poses a regulatory, legal, or security risk to bm29 or other players;
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any time;
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has directed bm29 to do so.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, bm29 may withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach, subject to its legal obligations. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bm29 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bm29 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, lost business opportunities, or interruption of service.

bm29's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13 Dispute Resolution

13.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the bm29 Platform, you should first contact bm29 customer support via live chat or at [email protected]. bm29 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

13.3 Jurisdiction

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not otherwise resolved through the complaints process described in Section 13.1.

14 Amendments

bm29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at bm29.cam/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, bm29 will provide reasonable notice to registered players through the contact details on file.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bm29 Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure per Section 11.
